This amazing recipe taken from Paul Pitchford's - 'Healing with Wholefoods' which is my bible. The words in this book are healing enough but then the recipes just make me melt.
I'm at home on a Friday night cooking and making new things and it's awesome.
Green Bean - LSA - Mayo dip
- 1 cup cooked and blended green beans
- 1/4 cup LSA mix
- 1-2 tablespoons of Kewpie mayo
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch of nutmeg
Combine all ingredients and blend together. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and some cracked pepper. Use as spread or dip. THAT'S IT! Easy! Healthy! Full of #protein, healthy carbs and yummy nutmeg. Nutmeg is great for indigestion lots of trace minerals and it's also slightly antiseptic.
I love taking this dip on picnics along with my Greek/Japanese eggplant pate hybrid ;) - Will post this special recipe next!
