- 1 level teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 3/4 cup rice milk/almond milk
- pinch of black pepper (helps with absorption of turmeric)
- 3 cloves
Heat the milk on a low heat and add in the other ingredients. Stir frequently until mixed together. Take off the stove and pour liquid through sieve into a mug. Sit down and enjoy this beautiful beverage, perfect for a late winter evening.
