Well my dinner tonight was especially exciting. I had grenadier and pepper spiced rocket with melted blue cheese. I'm not sure if this is against all fromagerian rules but it tasted wonderful.
And rocket is a slightly bitter vegetable so it stimulates digestive enzymes. Unfortunately the bitter component of most vegetables has been taken out and replaced with sweeter varieties, a shame considering the health benefits of bitters.
Breakfast: pancakes (see my previous recipe) I had this with blueberries ;)
Snacks: walnuts and almonds
Lunch: tempeh salad with organic lettuce and baby spinach. I just drizzled basil olive oil on this.
Dinner: amazing delicious fish as mentioned above. Cheese is ok in weight loss in small amounts. Cheese is amazing. I hadn't had blue cheese for a while so I'm still very happy - probably a little to do with phenylethylamine (PEA) levels in cheese being higher than chocolate and PEA stimulates the nerves to release chemicals called endorphins. Endorphins induce a sense of mild euphoria. Plus cheese just tastes amazing.
Exercise: Break today. Did some walking and stairs but that's it.
Fluids: lots of green tea today - 3 cups. One litre of filtered water. I felt a bit headachy earlier in the day so I just added 1/4 tspn of iodised salt to some warm water and that fixed it.
Supplements: multivitamin, probiotic, fish oil, iron tablet
Thoughts and feelings: Cheese coma.
